Kelly Bastidas

Kelly is a licensed NY State Real Estate Salesperson.

A Jersey City native, Kelly grew up splitting her time between her hometown and frequently visiting family in Queens. A natural explorer, she has traveled to 41 countries and is fluent in both Italian and Spanish. Kelly specializes in redevelopment—transforming land into thoughtfully designed new-construction projects, as well as multifamily and mixed-use properties. She maintains strong relationships with developers and investors and is dedicated to creating value, building long-term relationships, and positioning herself as a trusted resource in the industry. 

Kelly is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
